For the architectural planning of a plot, a meeting is arranged with the client to discuss their programme brief; while in case of an existing structure or space remodeling, a site visit is conducted that helps our Architects and Engineers to study and assess the scope of the project.
Based on the design brief and/or site analysis, we share an estimate for design fee with the client that details the scope of deliverables, timelines and mode of payment.
Upon receipt of 50% prepayment, we present to the client a mood board to set the design theme of the project, and following its approval undertake a study of the sun path and wind directions to begin conceptualizing and planning.
Once the plan is locked by the client, we proceed with developing 3Ds – with material application – that present 95% virtual view of the designed space.
After the 3Ds are approved, we send the invoice to the client for the balance payment.
Upon the receipt of the amount, we begin developing the engineering drawings that may include electrical, structure, civil, mechanical/HVAC and plumbing drawings.
Simultaneously, the Bills of Quantities (BOQs) are created to evaluate the cost of project.
At this stage, the client may choose to go with a contractor of his own choice for construction while Landscape provides supervision visits. Else there is an option of Turnkey arrangement in which we take care of the construction/fit-outs based on the approved design.
Landscape also bids for the tenders for design and construction jobs in the government and private sectors, from small-scale to high-rise and mega commercial projects.
